Contact & Support
Two official channels, one for everything. This page explains which to use, what to include so we can help on the first reply, and what you must never send us.
01Official channels
- Email — info@phaneshane.xyz
- The channel of record. Use it for anything that needs a written trail: access, payments, refunds, privacy requests, and security reports. Write from the address on your account where the matter concerns your account.
- Telegram — @phaneshane
- For quick questions and coordinating a payment. Anything consequential should also be sent by email so that both of us have a record of it.
These two are the only official support routes. We do not operate support through any other handle, group, or address, and we will not contact you first to ask for payment or credentials.
02Product access and manual payments
Use this route to ask about availability and pricing, to arrange a payment, to ask why access has not appeared, or to query an access period.
Include:
- the account email address;
- the product;
- the access request reference, if you have one;
- for a payment: the date, amount, currency, method, and the reference we gave you.
Access exists only where an active entitlement exists on your account. A recorded payment or an approval message is not access — see Terms of Service and the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
03Account access and password problems
Try password reset first; it is faster than we are. Write to us if the reset email does not arrive, if the account email address is no longer reachable, if your Google sign-in stopped working, or if you think someone else has accessed your account.
Include the account email address and a description of what happens, including any error shown.
Never send us your password. We cannot read it, we will never ask for it, and knowing it would not help us.
04Privacy requests
Email us to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, to ask for your account to be deleted, or to raise a privacy concern. Write from the account address, and say plainly what you want.
We will confirm control of the account before acting. Some records must be retained for security, fraud prevention, dispute handling, or legal reasons — the Privacy Policy sets out exactly which and why.
05Technical support
For pages that fail to load, features that misbehave, or output that looks wrong, include:
- what you were doing and what you expected;
- the page address;
- the date and approximate time, with your time zone;
- browser and device;
- any error message shown on screen — a screenshot with personal details cropped out is ideal.
06Security reports
If you believe you have found a vulnerability, email info@phaneshane.xyz with "Security" in the subject. Describe what you found and how to reproduce it.
Please report privately and give us a reasonable chance to fix it before disclosing it. Please do not access, modify, or delete data that is not yours, do not degrade the service for others, and do not run automated scanning against production. We read these reports and we are grateful for them.
07Never send us these
Card numbers or CVV · online banking passwords · PINs · one-time passcodes (OTP) · account recovery codes · your platform password · session cookies or tokens · remote access to your device · full bank statements or identity documents we did not ask for.
We do not need any of it, and sending it puts you at risk. If someone claiming to be Phane Shane asks for any of the above, it is not us — stop, and report it to info@phaneshane.xyz.
08What to expect
We are a small operation and answer in the order requests arrive, so a complete first message is genuinely the fastest route to a resolution. Access requests and payments are reviewed by a person, not by an automated system.
We will not ask you to move the conversation to another platform, and we will not ask for payment through a channel we have not confirmed with you in writing.
