REFUNDS

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Access is arranged manually and paid for outside the application. There is no automatic billing to cancel. This page explains what happens when a payment goes wrong, when a refund is considered, and what a refund does to your access.

01How payment works here

Every step is manual and involves a person:

  1. You request access to a product from your account.
  2. We confirm the product, the access period, the price, and the payment method with you.
  3. You arrange payment through the official support channel.
  4. We verify the payment outside the application.
  5. An administrator records the payment and creates the entitlement that grants access.

There is no automatic recurring billing on this platform. No card is stored, no subscription renews by itself, and nothing is charged without you arranging it. There is therefore nothing to "cancel" in the billing sense — you simply do not arrange the next period.

02Confirm before you pay

Before sending anything, confirm all four of these with us in writing:

  • the exact product;
  • the exact access period, including its start and end;
  • the exact price and currency;
  • the exact payment method and destination.

Payments arranged outside that confirmation — to a different destination, for a different amount, or on someone else's instruction — are the hardest cases to resolve, and we may not be able to recover them at all.

03What we will never ask you for

We will never ask you for a card number or CVV, an online banking password, a PIN, a one-time passcode (OTP), an account recovery code, remote access to your device, or a full bank statement.

To verify a payment we need only enough to identify it: the reference we gave you, the date, the amount, and the method. If you send a receipt, cover or crop anything we did not ask for. Anyone requesting more than this is not us — stop and contact us at info@phaneshane.xyz.

04Refund eligibility

Refunds are reviewed case by case, unless we have given you a specific written refund offer for that purchase — in which case that offer applies.

Request a refund by emailing info@phaneshane.xyz from the address on your account, including the payment reference, the date, the amount, the product, and what went wrong. We will tell you our decision and the reason for it.

05Common situations

Duplicate payment
You paid twice for the same access period. Tell us and we will return the duplicate, or apply it to the next period if you prefer. This is the clearest case and we treat it as such.
Incorrect amount
You paid more than agreed: we return the difference or credit it, as you choose. You paid less: access is not created until the balance is settled or a revised arrangement is agreed.
We cannot provide the access
If we cannot deliver the access you paid for — a product is withdrawn, an entitlement cannot be issued, or an outage prevents meaningful use for a substantial part of the period — we will refund the unused portion, or extend the period, as you prefer.
Suspected fraud or an unauthorised payment
Where we suspect a payment is fraudulent or was made without the account holder's authority, we may suspend access while we review it. Access is restored if the concern is resolved; funds are returned to their source where that is appropriate.
Charge reversal, chargeback, or dispute
If a payment is reversed or disputed after access was granted, the corresponding entitlement will be revoked and the account may be suspended pending resolution. Talk to us first — a reversal filed without contacting us usually ends access faster than a conversation would have.
Access already used
Where access has been granted and substantially used, a refund is unlikely. Where only part of the period has elapsed, we will consider a partial refund proportionate to the unused portion, taking into account the reason for the request.
You changed your mind
Tell us before the entitlement is created and we will usually return the payment. After access has started, it is treated as a partial-use case. Any statutory cancellation right you have where you live is unaffected by this paragraph.

06What a refund does to your access

A refunded payment normally results in the related entitlement being revoked, and access ends at that moment. A partial refund may shorten the access period instead. We will tell you which applies before we process it.

The reverse is also true and worth stating plainly: a payment being recorded does not by itself grant access, and a refund being requested does not by itself end it. Access is governed by the entitlement — see Terms of Service.

07Cancellation

You can tell us at any time that you do not want further access. That stops future access being arranged. It does not, by itself, refund a payment you have already made or shorten an entitlement you already hold — the entitlement simply runs to its expiry unless you ask us to end it early.

Asking us to close your account is also not a refund request. If you want both, say so.

08How refunds are returned

Refunds are returned through the same route the payment arrived by, to the account it came from, wherever that is possible. We may ask you to confirm control of that account first.

Timing depends on the payment provider and is outside our control. Any fee charged by an intermediary is generally not recoverable by us, and we will tell you if that affects the amount you receive.
